Construction/Bagging Update

Team,
Thank you for your patience the past 2 months as we have been under construction. We should be wrapped up in the next 2 weeks. The canopy began getting installed last night.
Over the past few weeks we have tried multiple methods for bagging and expediting. Below is our finalized method. Thank you for working through all the changes as we work to make it the best experience for guests and team members.
When face to face is not out side, we will have a bagger and a window/expeditor. The bagger will be responsible for bagging and adding sauces. The window/expeditor will be responsible for greeting guests, taking payment delivering the food and beverages and giving the guest a fond farewell.
When face to face is outside, we will have multiple baggers each printing one order at a time and bagging from the printed sticker. Those baggers will "own the order" meaning bag, add condiments, pick up beverages, deliver the order to the guest and wish them a fond farewell.
